Our host's communication was excellent, the location of the condo was perfect, and the condo was clean and very well maintained.
The Exquisite Condo is close to Churchill Downs horse racing track, home of the Kentucky Derby.

Nice property in the NuLu district, several restaurants and bars are just around the corner. The property was well equipped and worked out nicely while we were in town for the Utility Expo. I would book again. Property manager was responsive when we had issue with our reserved parking spot being used by someone else. Be prepared to provide a front and back copy of your ID along with a selfie with you holding your ID to be able to check in. This was a new request for me after using VRBO for a couple of decades. Not a big deal, but unique so that is why I mention it. They must have had an issue with past guest.
