This property was very nice. Bonus on supplying k-cups for coffee. Able to walk to Louisville Slugger, Michter’s, Angel Envy and Ali Center. Very close to the Yum Center. Short drive to Churchill Downs. Many restaurants. Ice cream shop right outside your door. Nice to have free secure parking as well.

The apartment itself was spotless, had everything we needed for our stay and the bed and pillows were very comfortable! The location was easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars and distilleries and the Riverfront park. Matt’s detailed check in instructions made the process so easy and he reached out to make sure we got in ok and to tell us to reach out if we needed anything. I did reach out for a minor issue and he had maintenance stop within an hour or two to fix the issue. I can’t say enough good things about this apartment and will look to stay there again if back in the area!
