「Our go-to hotel when we come to Louisville!」

「This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

「Our stay at this hotel was from Friday, Mar 20 to Sunday, Mar 22---two overnights. We would have rated the hotel higher except for an incident causing considerable inconvenience. Upon arrival late Friday afternoon we noticed two signs, one was a folding sign, the other was permanently affixed near the elevator door, announcing Saturday Brunch between 9am and 2pm in the Rooftop Grill. Considering this, we invited in-town guests to join us for breakfast the next morning, Saturday. We met them...

「Very nice hotel. Room had fridge, but no microwave ( no biggie for us). Coffee was available 24 hours in lobby . Room was modern and had plenty of USB ports.」
