This Villa in Quarteira is a magnificent property with 4 bedrooms, ideal for holidays, with capacity for up to 8 people. This 158 m² accommodation is tastefully furnished and has a modern style, offering stunning views of the garden and swimming pool.



HOUSE CHARACTERISTICS:



ROOMS: The villa has 3 en-suite rooms in the main house, each with a comfortable double bed and air conditioning. The annex offers an additional 1 en-suite room, also equipped with a double bed and air conditioning.



ROOM: The spacious dining and living room has direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. It is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, heat pump heating, air conditioning and television, ensuring comfort and entertainment for all guests.



KITCHEN: The independent kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals, offering all the modern conveniences necessary for a convenient and pleasant stay.



BATHROOMS: Each room has a private bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a service bathroom for greater convenience.



EXTERIOR: The well-maintained garden, with outdoor furniture, and the enclosed plot provide security and privacy. The spacious terrace is perfect for relaxing, and the barbecue allows for pleasant outdoor meals. The private swimming pool offers moments of leisure and relaxation.



PARKING: Outdoor parking is available in the same building.



LOCATION: The villa's location is privileged:

- Only 3 minutes from the "Vale do Lobo" golf course.

- 900 metres from the sandy beach "Praia do Cavalo Preto" and 1 km from "Praia do Forte Novo".

- Close to several restaurant options, such as "Bj's Oceanside" (1 km) and "Marufo Chicken Piri-Piri" (2 km).

- 2 km from the "Lidl" supermarket and 3 km from the city centre of Quarteira.

- Only 4 km from the vibrant city of Vilamoura and the "Aquashow" theme park.

- 25 km from Faro airport and 28 km from the "Zoomarine" water park.

Beautiful Villa

Lovely Villa, great location. Just 5 mins walk from Lidl, 20 minutes walk from beach, nice walk along the beach to Quarteira. Easy to get Ubers everywhere. The rooms are all great sizes, all air conditioned which worked perfectly. Bbq area small bit nice. Loved the sofas overlooking the pool (although they got very hot in the afternoon sun!) The pool is a good size and the rooftop terrace was a great spot for perfect sunset photos! Great holiday.
