De villa is gigantisch en luxe. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn prima onderhouden en heerlijk vertoeven. Minder goed zijn de bedden (kort en minder comfortabel), het meubilair is wat oud, en met name de middelen om zelf te koken zijn matig. Handdoeken zijn wel vervangen in de week, maar het beddengoed niet.
