“This was one of the most carefully and well-equipped VRBOs I've stayed at. I cooked a lot and virtually every spice, condiment and cooking utensil I could have wanted was there. The towels and amenities in the bathroom were high quality and plentiful. The views of the Colorado front range are stunning because the house is at the very edge of a large subdivision and sight lines are unimpeded. “Easy to find, clean and spacious and perfect for our weekend ”

“Property offered convenience due to its location, but that’s about it. We spent 4 nights here, and everything was questionable from the very beginning. The rug in the living room and carpets throughout the house were severely dirty and can use some deep cleaning. The rug had curled corners which caused us to trip a few times. The stair railing had a missing post which makes us further question the safety of this place. Also, occupancy certificate posted by front door expired 8/2023, something……

“Great location and very clean. The backyard was so fun with yard games and an amazing hot tub. The beds are memory foam, very thick and comfy, but made it hard to turn over. There is a motion detector outside that would make a noise inside the house that was very active because the wind was blowing. We also had an issue with a noise detector that assumed we were having a party that was caused from the wind. We were awakened at 2am by texts and phone calls. The management apologized but I hope……
