Perfect spot!

Enjoyed our stay here. Lots of attention to detail. Great towels, linens and beautifully furnished. A little pricey compared to others in same complex but all in all it was worth it!

Fun getaway

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was in a great area for outdoor activity with the use of the pickleball court and putting green across the street. Spacious kitchen for having meals with family and the hosts were very responsive with any questions we had. Clean up and checkout process were very simple as well.

Beautiful Townhouse in Berthoud

This newer townhouse was extremely well equipped and comfortable. We were there for a family gathering, and it was very convenient. Urbanize, the management company, was very available and attentive to any and all communication. We would recommend this unit and this management company again and again.

Relocation trip

We were able to have this lovely location as the, “hub” for our relocation trip. This truly was a home away from home. Being able to travel with our 4 year old twins can be tricky and this lovely townhouse allowed us the ability to have a sense of home taking away the stress that comes with hotels. We were able to have breakfast as a family each morning. Enjoy the sunset over the Rockies before tucking the littles into bed and enjoying some down time. Having the opportunity to run a couple loads of laundry before heading home saved us some time once we get back and unpacked! The neighborhood is perfectly located. There is a pickleball court and a teeing green a stone’s throw away from the front door. You can’t go wrong with this little gem of a spot. Our only advice would be to bring a couple extension cords for the Primary suite night stands for phones, tablets, etc as the outlets are far away and can make it a little awkward during the night. Overall a wonderful location we hope to frequent in the future!
