"This was my 2nd visit. The first was during the darkest days of the pandemic. My husband and I went with another couple. Perfect place...2 full bathrooms, LOTS of space inside and out. Huge screened porch with comfortable chairs and coffee tables, overlooking the lake. Both couples brought canoes and we spent 3 days exploring rivers that run into Lake Memphramagog and also the immense lake itself! This time, we booked for the eclipse. "This is a very nicely maintained 19th century farm house surrounded by long views over farms with wide open fields, reached by traveling over a few miles of back country dirt roads. "I enjoyed my stay and found the apartment spacious and almost perfectly met our needs. The only complaints was the toaster was too small for bagels and more importantly there were not enough comforters for all the bedrooms. Would definitely plan on staying here again!"

Cute little place!
"Honestly the stay was fantastic! It was cozy, clean, and offered everything we needed for our short stay in the area. Eric made sure to give us the rundown on what we needed to know and had no communication issues. And while the place may be teeny tiny, that doesn’t diminish from the stay and experience; made for a perfect place to unwind after a day out and about. Definitely recommend!"
