"Such a beautiful little “den” tucked away from downtown, but easily walkable to the whole town of Eureka Springs. Parking was great and super helpful to get to places further away. Enjoyed having morning coffee over looking the creek below the property, not to mention feeling extremely safe at night!"

"I've stayed at many places and have NEVER had such an easy time. Everything is so well put together and labeled, well stocked, and we had no need to contact the hosts for anything! We loved the decor, the beds were SUPER comfortable, the wifi was fantastic. The heated toilet seat?? What a kind touch. Excellent time here, we highly recommend it!!"

"The grounds at this property are outstanding. We were glad we took our own lawn chairs, nothing but folding chairs outside. The inside is quirky but okay if you plan to be on the go alot. There are some repairs that should be addressed, rocking toilet, sink stopper. We did encounter a mouse in a sticky trap. We couldn’t get the tv to work and did call about it but got no response. I wouldn’t completely discourage anyone from staying here because it is a good location and it’s beautiful outside....

This place had just about everything we could have needed, plus amazing views, and the hot tub! Host was very attentive with the couple questions we had, but be prepared for zero phone service. "Our group of three teenagers, their 40-ish mom, and 70-ish grandmother were able to completely relax at the house. We live on opposite sides of the country, so these five days were a happy treat. The beds, showers, and furniture were super comfortable."

"Clean house, beautiful lakeview, The property owners, Jim and Wanda were very hospitable and are great people. My family and our friends loved it. They even brought a baby bed in for the youngest. They had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and extra stuff you always forget to bring. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even though the owners live close by I didn't feel bothered at all. All of the neighbors were very polite and sweet. Also want to say how beautifully quiet it was there....
