"Location is good. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and fast food places. Under a 20 min walk to downtown centre. Nice trails along the way. Close to the highway to go to Calgary or the other direction to Banff which is also around 20 min away. Older style amenities. But all amenities were useful like the fridge and stove. Stove had some elements out of commission. Plenty of towels and daily room cleaning was a nice touch. My only suggestion for guests is to bring an extra long charging cables as their outlets is quite far from the sleeping/bed area.. and scarce."

"I had great experience. However, I want to provide a recommendation. A recommendation: please have your restaurant provide full delivery of meal service in the room instead of asking the customer to come down and get food. In all global hotels, I have stayed if they provide in room dinning, the staff brings food in the room. This was my first experience where I have to go down and get food myself which I have ordered using the room phone."

"Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and an excellent location within easy reach of Canmore. Our rooms were extremely clean, as was the property as a whole. We also appreciated the dedicated outdoor barbecue area. The indoor parking is a particular bonus and would make this an especially attractive option for a return visit in winter. The pool was somewhat smaller than we had expected, and we felt that the hot tub would benefit from being designated adults-only. Overall, however, a very pleasant stay in a clean, well-maintained property in a beautiful setting."

"The property was located about 10 minutes from the city center of Canmore. Plenty of parking. There was a bus stop about 1 block from the property which we didn’t use but it was nice knowing it was there. We had a cab recommendation and the company was very responsive. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a cab. The cab service was Timber Trail and it’s locally owned. The property had clean washer and dryers. We would recommend this place to any friends visiting the beautiful area."
