"Beautiful hotel. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re traveling to this part of the city. Typical city traffic around the hotel. GPS was not helpful finding the front door. Drove around the block a couple times before we figured it out. Still, would definitely stay there again. "

"I only gave service a 4 star because of our reception. My hubby and I got in late, around 2am after flight delays. There was no one at the front desk and no bell to ring to get anyone’s attention. The security guard was sitting at a desk watching his phone, completely ignoring us. After almost 1 minute, I had to get his attention. He called for the receptionist who came after a minute. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. They were lucky we were so whipped out and just needed to sleep. The hotel is beautiful. I always love a modern, slightly retro look. Rooms so spacious. Excellent service at breakfast the next morning. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
