“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“Adorable lobby. Rooms are adequately sized but lack details. Bad design in bathrooms, few towels, prison style sinks, could do so much with little $$ cost but disappointing overall. Elevators were tricky working only half the times. But FANTASTIC location! Great NYC views and SUPER CUTE cafe adjacent to the lobby. Not a bad place for the price just not the greatest rooms. It’s NYC and an older building but small details were overlooked that could have made it 5 Star worthy!”
