「The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. I'd definitely stay here again. 」

「Front counter staff was amazing, very nice and welcoming. The room was first class. The facility is top notch. Manager stopped by our room and delivered champagne and treats because they heard we just got married, very nice touch. Staff that delivered food later in the evening was also very congratulatory. Overall best experience in Columbus! I would highly recommend Junto Hotel to Friends and Family when they stay in Columbus.」

「The house was beautiful, well decorated, perfectly clean. The location was perfect, just off of the main street (or one of the main streets). It was such a nice place I was so shocked at the price, it was a big blessing to me and my husband over staying in an ugly hotel. The one sketchy thing is that they send you an email after you book it to make you pay either a $300 deposit that you should get back, or a $59 fee.
