「Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!」

「Very cool set up. We didn’t utilize the interior court as we had other plans but it was a nice, comforting set up. Things quieted down by 10. I didn’t understand the “destination” charge on a $400+ room for the night. Nice place but nothing above and beyond. Good location.」

「Clean room, great staff and awesome breakfast!」

「Clean room and great welcoming staff.」

「⭐️ 1 Star — Very Disappointed I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you expect basic things like hot water and a clean room. During my stay, the shower had absolutely no hot water, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. On top of that, the room did not feel clean. It honestly seemed like they just did the bare minimum to turn the room over rather than actually cleaning it properly. Because of these issues, I ended up having to check out early. Before leaving, I...

「Very close to TTU. Walk distance to get something to eat.」

You had to lift the toilet lid to flush the toilet ans the toilet handle bar had been bent to a 90 degree angle preventing it from flushing with the lid on the tank. The volume on the TV was sent on...

「Good!」

「Clean and comfy」

「Nice older hotel and usually pretty quiet during previous stays, this last time was not as quiet as there were kids running around. Over all a good stay though.」

「Staff members were friendly and polite.」

「Would not stay here. Building seems to have various maintenance issues. Our first room half the outlets and lights didn’t work, were switched to a new room with same problems and the bathroom door would not stay shut. They collected $200 at check in for incidentals, which takes 3-5 days to refund if not used. The cherry on top was the rude manager (Michelle) who responded to my complaints about the hotel with “you should’ve booked on the Marriott app”. She offered no apologies, no refund and...
