Great place for a family to stay

The house was very clean and very well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Lubbock.

The house and everything was just as listed. Nice large TV to watch sports and nice large sofa for everyone to watch. Kitchen was perfect to make meals, bedrooms nice and comfortable. This house made us have a wonderful trip.

The property was wonderful! Exactly as advertised and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was so kind as we were in town for an unexpected medical procedure for a family member. Without a doubt I will look to book here my next trip to Lubbock!

Nice property

Enjoyed our stay. There was a light out in the master bath, but it was only a minor inconvenience. Also, the ice maker didnt work on the refrigerator, also a minor inconvenience. Overall, it was a good location to stay and would stay again if we visit Lubbock again.

The home is great! Enough room for us and we had everything we needed! When we walked through the door there was a box of fresh made cookies and brownies that were so yummy! Our daughter came to visit us and we were able to make her a big breakfast before heading back home! The host was awesome he was able to accommodate early check in.

Perfect house for a family and dog!

The host offered to allow us an hour early check-in which was amazing because we were in-between houses. Ours had sold. The backyard was perfect for our dog and younger kids. The house is located just inside the loop so it’s easy to get to anyplace in Lubbock. The neighborhood is well established and quiet. The house has a good layout that comfortably accommodated us bedroom-wise and in the living room. I highly recommend for families.

Nice home

Home was nice. Plenty of room to enjoy the family. We did have to ask for information on the code to get in. The manager responded quickly. The only problem we had is the front storm door is hard to open so we thought it was locked. Just a heads up push the button hard to open. Other than that it was a great stay with family.

Travel with dogs is challenging

The property fit our needs exactly! We needed a house with a secure yard for two big dogs, which is what we found along with a very convenient location. My only issue was that I couldn’t make the app work to notify the manager of our departure. User error on my part I am sure!

The property is clean and has a large fenced backyard. A minor problem we had was the Keurig. The adapter in the cabinet didn't fit. Like I said that is a minor problem. The water temperature was difficult to regulate in the showers. We would consider using this property again .
