"We did not have any problem with the hotel cleanliness, as reviewed by others. The staff were very friendly and attentive. During our booking, we had requested for 2 rooms furthest from the lift lobby. We were given the furthest room on the highest floor. Also, this was not our first choice to stay ..."

My personal review.
"The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer."
