My first towel was stained. Had an obvious handprint on it. My second towel was worse. They gave me one smelly so strongly of pee (cat? rat?) we recoiled. Had to go out and buy towels. "The hotel is located in an area where it doesn't feel touristy. Good to walk and explore the street markets, pubs and eateries, which are all within walking distance. Not far from harbor bay ferry terminal. Hotel interior is very clean and comfortable. "

"This was our first time in Indonesia and we had a good experience. We enjoyed a walk from the ferry terminal to the hotel even though a short cab ride would have been easier. We booked adjoining rooms, but since they were very busy they offered to upgrade us if we could accept rooms across the hall. "Great service from the team (dining, front desk, conceirge and housekeeping). Many eateries and 2 x convenience stores. Breakfast variety acceptable with nice coffee. Would be great if provided with liquid hand wash instead of soap. Agree with most comments regarding the elevator which does takes some time especially during breakfast time. Not sure about the 3mins walk to the mall as it seems quite a distance to us especially we noticed many cars.... we decided to take a taxi instead for safety...
