The space
This modern home is fully equipped with all you would need for a relaxing vacation. The living room has a >58" smart TV and local cable, with an open concept dining room area that seats 6 and a dedicated work area with a 22" computer monitor (internet speed 250mbp), compatible with HDMI and VGA connections, which flows into the kitchen that has a Samsung gas range, a microwave, electric kettle, toaster oven, coffee maker and a side-by-side Samsung refrigerator. This home is suited for family with kids, remote workers and persons just wanting to relax alone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The backyard is fenced and private with tables and chairs.
Guest access
> Guest has access to the entire home. The property manager will be there to check in each guest in. Please disclose all persons staying in the home for liability reasons.

> Guest will only have access to the laundry room if their stay extends to 7 or more days. Otherwise, the laundry room will be inaccessible.

> Guest also has access to the clubhouse with pool, gym, playground, table tennis and basket ball courts and green area in the community. The beach across the street is secluded and have no lifeguard.
Other things to note
The attractions on the outskirts of this community is Dolphin Cove, Chukka Adventure Park, River Rafting, and Pachies Restaurant. Grocery stores, pharmacies and hospital can be found in the nearby town of Lucea which is a 10 minute drive from the house.
