"I booked this hotel through Expedia specifically because it included breakfast and listed a working pool. When I arrived, the hotel refused to honor the breakfast that was clearly included in my reservation, even after showing my confirmation. On top of that, the pool was not working, which was another reason I chose this hotel. This was not communicated ahead of time. Very disappointing experience. If you advertise amenities like breakfast and a pool, they should be available or clearly disclosed before arrival. I would not have booked here otherwise."

"Wow! What a cute little find. We had the best time at the Hygge Casita! So adorable and had everything we needed for our cozy stay: great French press coffee, fine soaps, comfy bedding, and amazing outdoor space. We were able to hop on the highway and hit up all the areas we had on our list from Golden to Manitou Springs and the famous incline. Our stay was all we can talk about and we can’t wait to come back. We felt like we were staying with close friends who thought of everything to make us feel at home. I loved the simple decor and warmth of the little well made cabin. "
