「We booked a premium family room with a balcony (park view) and a twin (park view) Staff were amazing, I contacted them to request if both rooms could be close together. I got a phone call back from a lovely lady (I wish I got her name) to offer a room upgrade for Twin to a Suite. Unfortunately it meant being on a different floor so I politely declined. Upon arrival they had managed to implement an even better upgrade as it was only 2 doors away. Having an autistic son who likes to visit his...

「The Mayflower is a lovely pub The staff where very friendly & helpful. Few issues, the plug was missing for the sink in the en-suite. The plug hole itself wasn't clean, needs a serious clean There's no shelf in the shower to put anything on. For the tea /coffee facilities there was no spoon. The single standing lamp, the blub was missing. But other than that, nice spacious room, comfy bed. 」

「A classic hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms. Friendly and competent receptionists. Nice breakfast. Continent breakfast self-served buffet or hot, customised English breakfast That take quite a while. If come by train, need to get a taxi ride of 8-10 minutes. We arrived late in the evening. Have to queue for half an hour at the taxi stop.」

「Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly. Room, Toilet and shower very clean. Tea and coffee in the room was always replenished. The fan system air and refrigeration from the kitchen in the Beefeater was very loud especially at 05:30 AM. All in all I can recommend this hotel. 8 minutes with a Taxi to the train station.」
