“Bewertungstitel: Gute Unterkunft für zwei Personen – Preis-Leistung stimmt Bewertung: Die Unterkunft war für zwei Personen gut geeignet: ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Matratze war recht hart und das Sofa leider nicht besonders bequem, aber für den Preis war es insgesamt absolut okay. Etwas kompliziert war die Anleitung zur Tiefgarage – da alles online lief und man niemanden vor Ort……

“This flat is in a wonderful location, a nice 25 minute walk to the true center of Lugano or a quick bus ride, which you can pick up right down the hill. Flat is super spacious and clean and with incredible views! I would’ve appreciated better quality mattresses/beds, which were fine for a few nights but not much beyond that. And having a few things like paper towels or a few coffee pods for the machine would’ve been a great touch too. Otherwise, well appointed and comfortable, nice value, and……

“Ausgesprochen zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Außergewöhnlich schönes Bad, Wohnung war sehr sauber. Aber in 2 Nächten der insgesamt 3 Übernachtungen extreme Ruhestörung bis nach Mitternacht durch Nachbarn in den oberen Etagen (Hundegebell, Umzug zwischen den oberen Etagen, laute Unterhaltungen, Gepolter, mehrfacher Waschmaschinenbetrieb bis ca 1:30 Uhr, in der letzten Nacht hat jemand wohl den Lichtsensor im Treppenhaus deaktiviert, so dass das Licht nicht mehr ausging…(!)). Bei Ankunft stand……

“Everything about the property listing was true & the location and its amenities were great. The space was large and having 2.5 bathrooms was nice for the group. Future guests should be aware that the space is completely open concept and there are no doors between sleeping spaces and the main area. Thank goodness host provided detailed photos for check in bc the space was in an obscure location. It was a perfect one night stay for us.”

“L’endroit est sympa , situé à côté du lac, il y a quelques restaurants autour ainsi que des magasins alimentaires. Les transports publics aussi. Ce qui nous a déplu c’est qu’il n’y a pas de parc privé pour la voiture. Ça coûte très cher de se garer à Lugano. Il y a des zones bleus d’accord, cependant juste pour 1h. On est là-bas en vacances pas pour changer le disque toutes les heures. Il y a l’application EasyPark qui est pratique pour le parking payant. Cependant payer 70.- de parking pour 4……
