「Great place to stay,the family loves it here. Room was clean and the pool was perfect always on point」

「The room was very clean. Shower was semi -clean. We didn't have hot water. The wi-fi didn't work and the TV didn't display any channels even though it was connected to the wi-fi. We definitely didn't get what we paid for. Im going to ask for a refund or partial refund because of the issues we experienced. The property was nice. Very nice pool. In house Bar was okay.」

「Rock-hard beds (mattress sitting on a built-in wood slab!) made for backaches in the morning. They were so uncomfortable that we actually left a day early! There were lipstick stains on a pillow case and another, unidentifiable stain on a sheet. The breakfast was horrible- tried one day and didn’t return. Staff were nice but with very limited English. Pool area was nice and beach access was just a short walk across the street. Very disappointing stay.」

「Les hace falta poner café de cortesía en los cuartos o en recepción. Nuestro cuarto tenía una gotera y el lava trastes tiraba agua. Y la secadora no servía Era el cuarto 1201 piso 12 de Topaz. Nos quedamos sin electricidad toda una noche y no podíamos dormir del calor. Pero el hotel es muy bonito las albercas súper grandes y con muchos espacios para relajarse al aire libre」

「Total disappointment!!! Hotel was extremely outdated! Everything looked musty. When we arrived the first room they assigned to us smelled like pee!! And had flies everywhere!! Puerto peñasco in general is so overrated and overpriced !! We cut our trip a day short!! Do no recommend!!」

「The hotel was nice, clean and relaxing. The rooms are spacious. Its a bit away from the party scene and has a security guard at the front of the hotel. The only negative is the WiFi internet (no reception). Otherwise it was a nice place for a weekend trip.」

「El cuarto estaba sucio, estaba lleno de polvo las cosas y en uno de los nightstand tenía hasta los plásticos de etiqueta me imagino de los huéspedes anteriores y que no limpiaron, también tenía una gotera en el baño que derramaba agua al piso y era peligroso de resbalarse, se comunicó y no se solucionó siguió con el derrame, también la puerta corrediza no cierra bien y se escuchaba horrible el aire de afuera pagué demasiado para que el cuarto no estuviera limpio ni adecuado para la estancia」
