"The entire thing was such a great and neat experience. We loved staying in the storage containers and the cabin. The hot tub and campfire were a favorite of everyone! The gas stove was a favorite for cooking with! The host was amazing!! He was always available and so kind!! We felt like home! The only thing we wish, was that we could stay longer!! "Very private, but the so called Path to get to it was very Treacherous..we aint spring chickens. Not much of an area for the pets to relieve themselves, i took them up by the parking lot to go #2. We totally enjoyed the cabin, WOW sucb a view. Had a Great stay."

"The pictures listed does not do this property any justice. The view was amazing. Tony was awesome, very responsive. He even had dog toys there! My boy was very happy with that Jolly ball. My teen loved having her own apartment downstairs. Everything was upgraded and modern. Both kitchens were stocked with all utensils and cooking items. I really cant say enough about this home. Thank you so much for allowing us to expierience the 4 states view!"

"We booked Marcie’s house for our semi annual vacation for 30 people for a week. The house had plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole crew. The kids loved fishing and swimming all day. The kitchen was loaded and the house had plenty of grills making dinners easy. The pool is huge & Marcie helped keep it clean all week. The property is so private and so much to do there. We loved the open carport next to the pool as it provided a tons of shade with a breeze going through. At night we were all able to enjoy dinners and card games in the massive dining room next to the kitchen. The AC kept the house comfortable and there was so much seating inside and outside, something that can be a challenge with such a large group. Another big shout out is the refrigerator space, we have never had so many refrigerators in a house for a group this size. Marcie’s communication was exceptional. She was proactive with setting up times to clean pool/check hot tub , and she answered any question our group had within minutes. There is a dollar general conveniently located within a mile of the house too. So many fun activities and places to visit within 30 mins of the house as well! What a wonderful trip with an A host. I hope to return. "

"Close to Chattanooga, Rock City, and Ruby Falls! We loved the screened in porch looking out at the backyard. There is a basketball hoop, foose ball, ping pong table, and hot tub that offered so much fun for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone!"

"This was a great property for our large family to get together for a weekend getaway! There are 20 of us total and plenty of space for all of us including young kids, teenagers and adults. The separated two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchenette was great for putting kids down for naps or having just some extra space. The outdoor space was great with lots of outdoor games in the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very nice in checking in with us during our check in and check out and available as we needed. We didn't see the hot tub which was on the listing but that wasn't a deal-breaker for us. Overall, it was a great property with available owner and fit our needs for a great family weekend together."
