Luling Historic Hotel

"Amazing hotel! Loved the location and the view. Service was great the only issue was that I paid in advance through hotels dot com but got charged again when checking in. They mentioned they would be refunding but I would have to wait 5 business days. Besides that everything was lovely, my family requested we book there again for the “next time”. "

"My wife and I had an amazing time. It was our Anniversary. I'm a Hyatt Regency Honers so I got an upgrade and $75 credit to the Bar. Also the Breakfast Buffet was great. We've stayed there lots of times and will be back in a couple of months."

"I had a decent stay for three days, even though my room lacked a microwave and refrigerator. I’ve learned the importance of checking what’s included in the room for future bookings. The staff was very accommodating, and I didn’t encounter any serious issues. There was a minor incident at check-in regarding a daily designation fee that wasn’t mentioned on the website during booking. Instead of disputing it, I handled it calmly and paid the fee. Moving forward, I will be more diligent in reading all the fine print."
