Perfect location away from the Bourbon street madness. But centrally located right in the middle of the French Quarter. Charming and clean. Has all you could need. Best for couples and single folks. Would definitely stay again!

Room was small but fully adequate for short stay. Good location close to Bourbon St but distant enough to escape the noise at night. Check the ceiling fan when you check in as ours was caked with dust.They came quickly to clean it, and offered us another room if we wanted.

Air conditioning was great. Property is secure. Was a few minor spots on walls that we're dirt and a draining issue with the sink. They took care of it very quickly. Management isnt always at desk due to multiple properties in area.

This is an old, historic inn right in the French Quarter. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. No parking on site; we rented a space in a lot less than 1/4 mile away, which was an easy walk from the inn and also easy to get to the rest of the city and beyond.

Great location in French Quarter. Room was very clean and spacious. Quartyard quiet. Enjoyed having coffee in the morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Shops, restaurants, and bars all very close. Will stay here again

Overall the hotel was avaerage and nothing super special , the location was good and everythign was in walking distance. Upon arrival to checkin there was no one onsite and the facitliy was locked. It took a bit for someone to answer and get someone over there as they were working two properities at the same time. We were on a time crunch as our flight was delayed and we had a tour to get to so needed to check in and get going. The employee showed up and was freidnly but the frist thing he said was I needed to stop at the store since I was already out and get some food. It was a little frustrating considering we were standing out on the street waiting for someone!

We wanted an authentic French Quarter experience and we got it with this inn. The building is over 200 years old, so we didn't expect it to be luxurious. The building is clean and orderly. Rooms were on the small side, but again, it's 200 years old, so it's not a dig. The alley that we accessed our room was a bit damp from drainage of the ice machine and cooling units, so was a bit slippery. The bathroom was large and accommodated our needs well. The lobby had coffee each morning and popcorn throughout the day. I would've liked to have seen a little more offered than this, but they are a bit cramped for space. All-in-all, I would stay here again.

This was a quaint inn. We stayed in the inside courtyard. There is not an elevator so expect to haul your stuff up a narrow set of stairs. My girls and I loved the look and feel of this place. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious.

Check in was difficult, as staff couldn't find my booking, so it took about an hour to finally get checked in. There is no parking on site, and was a 10 minute walk away. Even though check in was difficult, the staff was wonderful and extremely kind and apologetic.
