Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Turned away as booking not received.

I booked in advance and paid in full. When I arrived there was no record of my booking. So I was turned away having to pay additional taxi fares a search for a new hotel having already paid for this one. I hope at the very least for a full refund. The virtual support was hopeless.
