The villa is a 4 bedroomed house Meanwood kwamwena. The house is in it's own yard, which provides maximum security and privacy.There's a space to sit outside and relax. It takes about 5 mins bus station. The nearest shopping mall is Cheers mall which is less than 5 mins drive. Another shopping mall is Munali mall situated about 13 minutes drive from the house. East park mall is 11,4 km from the house. For those coming from the airport, its about 20 to 35 minutes drive depending on traffic.
The space
A homely four bedroomed house situated in meanwood kwamwena phase 3 area. Two of the bedrooms being selfcontained. The house is in its own yard, as a result there is maximum privacy and security. The house is extremly cozy, full of light and fresh air coming through the glass doors and Windows.
Guest access
It is important that you put the exact number of people in your booking, because only the number of people that appear in the booking are allowed to spend nights house. The house consist of a living room, Kitchen, Dinning room, two selfcontained bedrooms and two non selfcontained bedrooms. Plus one toilet and bathroom. As for the outside, there is a small garden with green grass and some flowers. There is also a big veranda at the back of the house idea for relaxing or having a braii if such a need arise.
Other things to note
There is a security guard and gardener working on the premises. We are glad to inform you that we have installed solar as back up plan to enable my guests to have eletricity at all times. when eletricity is gone and inveter is the one providing power, not that you can not use the microwave, pressing iron and eletric water boiler. however you can use the fridge, charge your phones and watch tv. For backup cooking we have a 2 plate cooker gas stove.
