The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. We had a wonderful experience staying in Marthof Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time when we come back. 」

「I have been in Victoria hotel 3 times. I do like the location near to the main station. The staffs are very helpful on luggage deposit even though I came early before the Check In time. They also helped to provide the electric adapter and tape to fix the broken wheel of the luggage. I strongly recommend this hotel in Basel.」

「It's very closed to the train station. Just 150 meter.And the hotel provide the free bus tickets for each guest. There is a small mini bar in the hotel that provide some soft drinks free charge. I also had stayed in Victory hotel which just beside the hotel. Both are similar.」

「The room is very spacious and comfortable with most of the necessary items included ! The bed is comfortable and big enough. I chose Junior suit for family stay which would not make us feel crowded. Though the hotel is no located right near Basel SBB station, it just takes 5mins bus (no.30 at station C next to Basel station) to arrive hotel. The surroundings of the hotel are silent and beautiful. I love this stay ! Moreover, the hotel provided us a card per head for taking the transport in Basel...

「房間煙味非常重，很多房客都在房間抽煙，煙味都飄到我住的房間內，煙味重到晚上根本沒辦法睡覺，廁所浴室在外面，廁所都有臭味，浴室也有怪味，下次絕對不會入住。」
