「A little odd to let ourselves in & not see any staff until breakfast, but we did have a phone number we could have called if we had questions. Overall, a great experience- a comfortable & quiet place to stay with plenty to explore in the area.」

「Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean and cozy. The complimentary treats were a nice touch. Great restaurant and bar right downstairs. Plenty of dining options if you don’t want to eat there. We will definitely be staying again!」

「The host was fantastic! The place is clean and comfortable. Close to Ricketts Glenn State Park to walk through Falls.The restaurant serves delicious means for breakfast and lunch.Everyone is kind, efficient, and caring!We definitely want to go back! Hopefully sooner than later!」

「This is an exceptional B&B. The decor is tasteful without being glitzy. The comfort level is terrific. The outdoor area great for relaxing in front of the fire. The highpoint of the stay are the hosts. Pleasant, accommodating, knowledgeable about the area and then, they disappear. You now have free reign of the area to enjoy your privacy and stay. I would highly recommend this Cottage to anyone wanting first class accommodations and stellar hosts in a beautiful mountain setting!」

「Beautiful, magnificent home. Innkeepers John and Eric were fantastic. They provided great service and wonderful, delicious three-course breakfasts. Very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Jim Thorpe.」

They listened to our interests and offered fabulous suggestions on how to best enjoy our Jim Thorpe visit. And the breakfast...Ken makes breakfast a five-star experience! Delicious and made to order! Denise's home-baked treats take the visit over the top! You won't find a similar experience. Best B&B stay to date. Highly recommend and will return. 」

「Ken and Denise have perfected the art of making one feel welcome from start to finish. Welcome cheese and fruit plate with wine, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast and desserts to choose from, water and coffee available 24/7, and snacks in the room. The property is also very clean and within walking distance of shops, sites, and restaurants in town. I highly recommend! 」

「This was our second night here; the Saturday morning breakfast was delicious!! After a long day hiking, we got to relax outdoors, they have many peaceful sitting areas with gorgeous outdoor views. I cannot say enough about how beautifully landscaped this B & B is, Allen and Donna put lots of effort and care into their home.」
