Luzon Golf Hotel

"Service is great and breakfast was quite good. Rooms at least in the lower floors (4th) have seen better days and they feel tired. Only complaint that keep me from booking more in this hotel is the coldness. It is extremely cold in the rooms, in the lobby lounge and in the restaurants. Even you turn of the aircon in rooms, it is still very cold into the point that you feel like getting a flu. It also causes the food to be cold when they will bring it to you in the lounge or restaurant."

"I’ve stayed at the New World for many years. It is welcoming and reliably clean. The staff is always friendly and amenable. I will say as a frequent quest the facility is starting to show its age. I notice stains more often, minor damage to furniture and cabinets as well as tile work and grout starting to falter. The breakfast buffet remains top notch."

"Everything about the hotel was five-star. I only wish that the lobby has an area to hang out. All seating areas are taken by the lobby restaurant. "
