"Great staff, pool and grounds - amazing food! Rooms are a little dated and the bathroom could do with some repairs in the shower but everything worked fine. Would recommend especially if you are travelling with young children. So much for them to do."

"Stayed one week with the family. Perfect location at the beach., pool area is nice but we preferred to spend the days at the beautful beach. There are 4 restaurants and we tested 3 of them. Excellent service from entire staff, very fast and always with a smile, small talk and learned what we prefer to drink and served that before we manager to ask. Food choice was very good. The only thing that can be Improved is to add some soft drinks and beer and simple snack to the minibar."

"Incredible Service and Food Marred by Misleading Amenities. We had a mixed experience here, though the hotel staff and culinary team deserve five stars. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional; the staff treated us like family, and the food was consistently amazing. However, the property is currently a major construction zone. Much of the resort is surrounded by work sites, leaving the basketball and tennis courts non-functional. Most advertised water slides are out of order or under construction, with only the children's slides available. The gym is also a letdown: the equipment is rusty, outdated, and only one of the three treadmills actually works. Other advertised perks, like the sushi bar and rowing, simply do not exist, and there is a hidden fee for the billiards table and game room. A major warning regarding the Spa: Please note that the spa is a third party only renting space and is not affiliated with the hotel. While the hotel staff is lovely, the spa management and sales team were incredibly pushy, rude, and unprofessional. They misrepresented their packages and changed pricing daily based on arbitrary reasons. It was a total turnoff. I ended up going to an outside hamaam for a fraction of the price and received 10x better service. The Bottom Line: Come for the wonderful hotel staff and the food, but be prepared for significant construction and misleading amenity descriptions. Stay far away from the on-site spa sales team."

"From the moment I arrived, it felt like a different world. I was welcomed with a light mixed drink carrying a rosemary aroma — a small detail that set the tone. Even though it wasn’t required, staff gave me a short tour and treated me like part of the family. Whether it was a handshake, a smile, or a nod, they were always inviting. If language got in the way, they still tried their best — and that effort mattered. At first, the resort felt huge, but after walking it a few times, I knew it by heart. The beach was outstanding — dark-colored sand, spotless, and perfectly organized. The staff’s efficiency was impressive; even the menus showed prep times, and they were accurate. The food and drinks were excellent, especially the seaside bar and Turkish fusion dishes. The spa was a highlight — after 19 hours of travel, that massage was exactly what I needed. The barber, Max, gave me a haircut and shave that made me look like a rock star. Nighttime entertainment was awesome — music and energy that could rival Manhattan nightlife. This hotel truly offers something for everyone: family fun, peace and quiet, or social energy. Safe, cultural, and full of life — Port Nature is the definition of a perfect escape."

"We had a lovely stay, rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is nice but pool area a little outdated. Food is good and the spa is amazing. The staff are what makes this hotel and they genuinely do go out of their way to make sure you have a fab stay. Shoutout to Huseyin in the restaurant, Nuri and Yunus at the spa and Abdurrahman at the Nargile space in the evenings. They were all so amazing and made our stay impeccable. Beach is a short walking distance or there is a shuttle that can take you there. Nothing else around apart from Belek so be mindful if you want to do a lot of activities. "
