「This was a great place to stay while visiting Rome. Everyone was so helpful. The room was exactly what we needed. I felt very safe staying here. They even let us in a little early so my son could take a nap before we ventured out of the evening. After a long flight that was amazing! It was very close to everything we wanted to do. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」
