「The staff at this hotel are great. They kept us informed and were polite the entire time. Check-in is rough, though. If you show up a little early, you're not getting in. I realize they are a busy hotel, but we'd been in the car for 7 hours and while the staff were very cordial, the policy seemed a bit too rigid. There was a point where plenty of guests were sitting in the lobby almost like at a doctor's appointment, waiting to be called for their room. Again, this isn't the fault of the staff....
