“My issue is with the staffing, looked like there was one staff do do everything , she worked front desk by herself and then when there was a prob with hot tub she came down to pool and tested the chlorine. It's a big hotel and who knows what else she is responsible for. She was only staff around mid afternoon eve. Need more staff. Geez”
