Excellent location - just steps from the centrum. Quaint little boutique hotel. Room was well appointed. Nice to have coffee/tea service available in lobby 24/7. Staaf were very accommodating and helpful. Overall a great place to stay in Valkenburg.

Hotel Janssen is a great place to stay. Small B&B style friendly hotel with a fantastic continental breakfast and right next to everything and everywhere you want to go. Nice size rooms that are very clean and comfortable and a nice lobby for relaxing at night with a beer or wine and snack. Highly recommend if you are staying in Valkenburg.

Beautiful hotel, great location, there's free coffee and tea at the cozy common area. Very helpful staff. Very steep stairway, not suitable for people with babies, people with disability or older people. If you want an accessible room, ask for it in advance.

Staff is amazing! Friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is great. I can’t wait to go back. Beat location for the Christmas markets!

not good

staying in a deluxe room which was located down in the basement,very small and narrow rooms with extreme low ceiling, and the worst was that it was very dirty and shabby and steep stairs to get down was not suitable for everyone. we had 4 nights and they dont let us cancel it although at least we had the right to that last night at least but they agree to let us have a new room after 2 nights that we look at and it was much better but we had decided to leve.

Other travellers have clearly overrated this property. First of all, there are no lifts, and the stairs are very steep and very dangerous. A big safety hazard and I definitely not recommended if you have luggage. The room I received was significantly different to the one on pictures. And a bit too compact, not to mention it was on the third floor and even without suitcases, I really had to watch the steps. Reception closes at 8 pm I.e. too early (although thankfully they stayed until longer when I had to check in- but this shouldn’t be needed). Breakfast starts at 8:30 as I was told. I.e. too late. Shower was on the weaker side. Really not much good to say.

Uitstekend hotel, zeer schone en ruime kamer met goede wifi, airco, balkonnetje. uitstekend ontbijt maar zou ik liever als keuzebuffet hebben gehad, nu zit je te wachten en krijg je ook dingen die je zelf niet zou kiezen of moet je speciaal vragen om iets anders. Ontbijt buiten mogelijk

Bästa hotellet jag bott på!

Fantastiskt hotell med vackert och bekvämt rum. Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig med allt från tips till parkering och take away muggar när vi behövde åka tidigt på morgonen. Det ligger hur mycket fina restauranger och mysiga gränder som helst direkt utanför dörren och även om området är livligt om kvällarna så hörs inget in på rummet. Vi är enormt nöjda och lär bo här igen om vi har vägarna förbi. Kan inte rekommenderas nog!

Fantastisch hotel. In centrum gelegen, tegenover kasteelruine. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Knus en gezellig is de huiskamer en de koffie en thee is gratis, met een koek of wafel. Waar vind je dat nog? Kortom echt een aanrader.
