5 star review from me for the staff during my stay, dealt with 3 different members during my 2 night stay - all very helpful and kind. There would be a 5 star from me if the hotel had conditioner &/or moisturizer in the rooms. Only shampoo and body wash in those refillable wall bottles. They had a few extra things available to purchase from reception (deodorant/razors etc...) but sadly no conditioner. I have shorts stays in Mackay regularly - This is the best place I've stayed at in Mackay for a while (staff & cleanliness wise). Just remember to pack your own conditioner & moisturizers next time.

Highly recommend

The service was good class and the front office nanager at check in was engaging, professional and provided a warm welcome. The only issue, which is really a personal option, the matress on the bed was very soft and provided little support.

Not a 5 star hotel of course, but very good overall. Clean, good beds, great location if you have a flight. Bar and restaurant was decent food. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Excellent hotel! Very modern and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very average and not that interesting. But we had breakky from the normal menu and it was very good! Highly recommend the avocado toast with chickpeas! We stayed here on a stop over travelling on a road trip from from far north Qld to Brisbane. Free parking very close is super handy!
