Luxury and location

Fantastic apartment near Plaza Mayor has everything you could want: modern appliances, thick towels, great water pressure, washer and dryer. Only things we would recommend are more than one dishwasher tablet and pillows for those who sleep face down.

Great location

This is a wonderful apartment that is located in the heart of Madrid. The bedrooms were spacious with 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped for simple meals. We did have the unfortunate experience of being robbed of cash in the apartment. We had neglected to use the provided safe and I would encourage tenants to use it at all times.

Great location - Very Clean

This property was really clean. I always like it when the towels and sheets are good. We met our person to get the key and pay the balance. In general it's a 5 star place. I only gave it a 4 because we had a problem with the radiator. It wouldn't turn off. I called the check in person several times. I then emailed the reservation office and it was fixed immediately. Normally, I don't think you would run into any problems. Plaza Mayor and Mercardo de San Miguel are happening places so be ready for some noise at night. The location is close to many Metros and the palace, Plaza del Sol and a 15 min walk to Retiro. It couldn't be any better than that!
