HOW TO MOVE
There are, just a few minutes from the apartment, connections with the public transport system, allowing easy access to the city:
Lavapiés Metro Station (Line 3) 200 m.
Tirso de Molina Metro Station (Line 1) 300 m.
Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) and Renfe Cercanías at 900m. and Atocha Station (15 min/1km on foot).

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
