Great!

We really liked this apartment a lot! It is between the Retiro Park and the area around Plaza Mayor. Both are about a 10-15 minute walk. There is subway stop about 50 steps from the apartment! There are several hotels and hostels right across the street, a grocery store nearly next door and lots of restaurants around. Overall, a great spot!

Séjour très agréable en famille

Emplacement très bien situé, à proximité du centre et du parc de el Retiro. Sur une grande avenue mais pas de bruit à l'intérieur. Nous étions 8 et l'appartement est très fonctionnel. Frédéric a tout fait pour nous permettre de pleinement profiter de notre séjour, nous apportant beaucoup d'informations avant et pendant notre séjour en étant très réactif et toujours nous apporter le plus grand soin (merci à lui !). Je recommande vivement pour découvrir Madrid !

Best location

We stayed in Frederic and Marinas wonderful apartment 3 days in end of may. Was an absolute pleasure. The location is fantastic. U are close to where U wanna be in Madrid. Most are within walking distance. The apartment itself is real nicely and functional furnished and good for up to 8 people. We stayed 4 in there which was a big luxury. Upon arrival u notice how pleasant everything is made for U to feel welcome. Bottled water in the fridge and coffee ready to be made. Even a nice bottle of wine is put in the cooler to enjoy on arrival. Very nice gesture. The apartment is absolutely as clean as it comes. Two toilets and well function showers that doesn't run out of hot water. Even shampoo and soap is provided. All in all i can recommend this place to all who wants to enjoy the very best of wonderful Madrid. Its a real bargin staying this nice and this central. So - thank u Frederic
