"Toy is a wonderful hostess and really looks after you. It’s also a gorgeously designed place. "

"The property and the room were beautiful and rejuvenating. We were disappointed the restaurant closed before the time posted and we could not rent bicycles as we were led to believe. It was very quiet; you may feel a bit isolated if you don’t have your own vehicle."

"Nice hotel, clean rooms, and friendly, helpful staff. It's a little far from the main area of Chiang Mai but it's still easily accessible by bike. "

"Second time back, had a wonderful stay. Great location and a great massage spot next door and hairdresser across the way :-)"

"A really nice and unique place to stay."

"Customer service was great! We could contact the property owner anytime. We requested specific dishes especially traditional Hmong foods and it was done perfectly on time. He carried our luggages to our places, picked up and dropped us off to the nearest main street. In addition, the view was just breathtakingly beautiful especially before sun rise and during sunset."
