"We had a wonderful experience at the Premier! The staff were so kind and welcoming which really made the experience so special. We are very grateful for their thoughtfulness during our stay. The pool space is lovely and the breakfast had lots of tasty options. My only critique would be that the pillows aren’t that comfortable."

"By Western standards, this property is best described as rustic and beautiful. It’s within walking distance of the airport but somehow managed to feel secluded. It’s a short ride to Doi Suthep, which is breathtaking. Next to the property is a shopping mall and grocery store so it’s easy to stock up on anything you may need. There’s also a 7/11 a short walk away. I also really appreciated the in room washing machine."

"Room was clean but the drains smelt very bad! The hotel did deal with this when mentioned but the smell often came back. Shower curtains in the bathroom weren’t great for keeping the bathroom dry or feeling clean. We didn’t use the laundry service but it was reasonably priced. Breakfast service was quick and very nice."
