「The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay.」

「An excellent accommodation for my family requirements. 4 adults and 2 children. Good sized bedrooms, excellent kitchen and living area. Generally well equipped, some cleaning cloths required would be our only thought. Otherwise, excellent hosts who were available if required, and though living close where very descreet. 「We enjoyed our stay in Bath and this flat. The flat is located just outside the city center with only a few minutes walk to the major sights. The flat is small but has everything you need. Well furnished and comfortable. It was nice having a smart TV with subscriptions to a couple of streaming services. The hosts were accommodating and provided some refreshments.」

「We had a short stay at this cottage. It was well appointed, bright and the outside area is fantastic for relaxing. There are doors separating every room which makes it convenient for cutting down noise if you have multiple people staying there. The pub in Steeple Ashton was fantastic (The Longs). 「This is such a nice property, clean, bright and fresh! The location is ideal for exploring Bath. We arrived after 9 days in a hotel in London, and it was great to have access to a kitchen and washing machine. My elderly dad really appreciated the lift. Communications and check-in were easy, and our hosts were instantly available by phone when we had a question about the front door access. We also loved the recommendations for local pubs and restaurants. Thank you!」

「Yes, this property is 220 years old, but it is magnificent. The living room is expansive and the bedroom is huge. And it is all decorated with care and appropriateness. 「去年九月已經 Expedia 預定 曾經入住過的Francis Hotel classic room，在行程單上説明會送一支紅酒的，但酒店職員説沒有顯示，最後補送了。花洒組合設計不佳，因去水平台太淺，女士們洗頭加洗澡一定溢滿平台而弄濕整個洗手間；而供應的洗澡及洗髮液只有姆指大的容量不能照顧到兩位成人住客。尤幸職員友善，及位於酒店地下的 BB 餐廳值得推薦，晚上用餐情調極佳，當晚侍侯的 Salvador 服務一流，應該一讚。 酒店整體很好，只需留意一些細節加以改善，保持水準。」
