「Lovely surprise of a well priced clean, modern and very comfortable small hotel. Staff were very friendly, atmosphere was relaxed and the food was excellent. The restaurant dinner prices were very high for a non London hotel but the food was good quality. 」

「On checking in to my stay, the staff were very unhelpful. So much so that they didn’t explain to me that in the morning there was a back door you have to exit from, without knowing this information I found myself locked in the property with no idea how to get out. This made me very late for work.
My room was boiling, and wasn’t advertised that it had no windows that opened to the outside. The windows to the room opened out in to a corridor leading to other rooms. This meant the room was also...
