「This was our second stay at this hotel and we have really enjoyed it. Our rooms in both occasions have been spotless, cosy and welcoming. The staff are lovely and attentive and Abbi was especially helpful, It was bonfire night and extremely busy but she handled it all very well, with non resident guests trying to come into the hotel. There was also cheese and biscuits put out for guests, which was a really nice touch. Breakfast was good and aplenty, we will definitely be back. 」

「it is in the old town center and just next to the main attractive points like cathedral. as it is a building over 500 years old, so no lift but wooden stairs only (but this is the reason i stay here). Shared toilet and bathroom is good (and you can enjoy the cathedral view when you are "relaxing"). 」
