“This is the best stay I've had a hotel! It was a well designed with an awesome beachy aesthetic and all the amenities were giving HB vibes. I loved that they had beach cruisers, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and kids scooters available. They also had smores plates for pick up between 5-10 to take out to the fire pits! My room had two super comfy queen size beds with a huge balcony facing the pier. Parking was easy and the location was top tier within walking distance from main……

“Ocean view was great and the access to the beach was extremely easy. Bike taxis also were available to take you to the beach although I didn’t use them. I did take advantage of the beach chairs and beach towels that were available at the front desk. staff made everything easy. service at the pool was amazing. Would definitely go back again. The only negative that I experienced was that my room was not cleaned on the very first day. I had to ask for extra towels that night and it did take some……

“Our stay was okay. The entire check-in process was crazy. The amount of time we had to verify ourselves was a little much. There are no amenities like laundry detergent, dish soap or anything to wash dishes with. We each had one body towel for the entire stay, extra towels would have been so nice. There are also zero extra blankets. It was cold and the bedding was thin. We could have used a throw blanket or extra blankets to cover up with. We froze at night. Front shades were broken so we……

“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……
