"I understand that the location is downtown but i didn't expect to open my curtains and look over at some apartments backyard full of trash and debris, very distasteful. My room was maintain clean, staff was always helpful and friendly"

"Customer service is non-existent, if you stay two days you will not have room service and the towels are old, small insufficient... suggestion not to walk barefoot, since the floor of the room is unhygienic.... if you stay two days, they only leave you coffee for one day... they do not give you water and sell it.... "Honestly, my check-in experience at the Hilton Garden Inn was really frustrating. What should’ve been quick and easy turned into a whole issue. The front desk employee tried to overcharge my credit card, and when I pointed it out, they were kind of rude and didn’t really try to fix it. My friend ended up stepping in to pay the correct amount, but then they tried to overcharge her card too, which was honestly shocking. It just felt really sketchy and unprofessional. On top of that, the employee had a bad attitude the entire time and made things way more difficult than they needed to be. We were just trying to check in, and instead we got treated like we were the problem. Overall, it left a really bad impression. I expected way better from a Hilton hotel, and I definitely wouldn’t want to deal with that again. "
