"The room we stayed with my son was clean, but the AC is noisy and prevented us both from sleeping straight. Also, the room has Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary pods and sugar/cream, but no complimentary bottled water, if you prefer it for coffee. I asked the reception and the lady at the counter told me that the hotel has indeed stop providing complimentary bottled water to customers. No toothbrush/toothpaste either. The breakfast included somewhat compensated for the issues. The limited basement parking was cluttered. Will I recommend it to my friends? Definitely, cuz the location is within walking distance of some of the city’s attractions. Also, the price we got was competitive with ither hotels around."

"We had a two bedroom apartment and it was quite spacious considering it is located in the downtown area. They had limited parkings underneath the building and there’s an EV charger as well but sometimes non-EV cars occupy the two spots. Luckily, the wire was long and I was able park and charge on the spot next to EV spot. The apartment was quiet and comfortable but just a little dated. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for us."

"The photos are nicer than the place appears. It's very deceiving. The bathroom was old and the outside/entrance looked like a dump and sketchy. I questioned the safety of the location because the hotel sign was run down. There was no name on the sign, but you would spot it later with a sign that was chained to the door. There was no amenity accept for the hairdryer. No handtowels, no face cloths, no water bottles. It was very very basic. Don't let the photos deceive you."

"C’était notre première visite à cet hôtel et on a adoré! C’est un de mes favoris à Montréal L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville et on avait le métro et le REM a 5 minutes de l’hébergement. La chambre était grande, la salle de bain aussi. Tout était fonctionnel. Le déjeuner était ok mais je trouve qu’il manquait un peu de variété. Je recommande!"
