H2M Lazcano Terrace is our cozy apartment located in the historic center of Malaga.

The Carmen Thyssen Museum is 290 meters away, the Cathedral of Malaga is 300 meters away, the Picasso Museum is 350 meters away, his Birthplace is only 500 meters away, the port of Malaga and its wonderful Muelle Uno are 800 meters away, and the Malagueta beach is 1.4 km away (20 minutes walk).

Our Lazcano apartment is a penthouse with a private solarium and is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. It has a double bedroom with a 135 x 185 bed, a living-dining room with a double sofa bed and a 40' Smart TV, a bathroom with a bathtub and a glass screen, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, toaster, etc.On the upper floor, there is a magnificent solarium terrace with hammocks and a dining area.

High-speed WiFi of 650 Mbps. Split air conditioning with cold and heat.

ExtrasThe crib has an additional cost of €5.00 per day.Baby kit (crib, bath, high chair) has an additional charge of €10.00 per day.You also have the possibility to request in-person check-in at the apartment with an extra cost of €50.

Please noteCheck-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. Key collection is done at the office on the day of arrival until 21:00, with personalized attention if required or if you have any questions.You will have the keys available for self-check-in outside starting at 21:00.

You can leave your luggage at our office on Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia n. 6 (Málaga).Registration can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), do not forget to come earlier as all guests over 16 years old will have to sign the mandatory police registration.We remind you that we will ask for a refundable security deposit with a credit card upon arrival.

The check in process isn't the best. Having to take your luggage to an office to then have to take it to the apartment after was a pain, especially as many streets aren't suitable for wheeling cases. Wouldn't have booked if I'd known this prior to booking.The apartment was clean and had all the basics needed. The toilet seat was loose (reported straight away). The air conditioning was noisy until we were able to stop the fan function. The duvet is a double but in a king-size cover which made no sense at all. The apartment is in the middle of everything which is great for not needing transport. The downside of this, which is a major one, was it was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep through the night, much of the noise going on until 6am every day. If you're a young party couple that plans on being out at night then it's definitely the place to be. Unfortunately as nice as the apartment is, I wouldn't return.

We 3 friends stayed here in Malaga for 5 nights in September. The location of the apartment was almost perfect. It is very close to many sights - 5 minues walking to the cathedral, 10 minutes to the Alcazaba, 20 minutes to the beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants around the corner. It is above a karaoke bar so some nights can get a bit loud, but they do provide ear plugs. The apartment is small but that was to be expected. However, when the pull out couch is out, it blocks the door to the bedroom. The couch was also uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on. Amenities in the apartment are minimal and some are low quality but it is enough to get by.The hosts are very responsive and we appreciated being able to leave our bags at the office at check-in and check-out. We did have multiple people asking questions that had been discussed previously so that was a bit annoying. Another inconvenience was they made us come to the office first to get the keys prior to giving us the address of the apartment which was then too far away to walk with our bags, so after waiting over 20 minutes at the train station for an Uber we then had to call another Uber to bring us to the apartment - if we would have known we could have just added a stop and saved the waiting and loading and unloading our bags. Overall it was a good apartment but more appropriate for 2 people, met most of our needs and provided an excellent location for sight seeing in Malaga.
