“The Hotel location provides a private and relax environment for holiday in Venice.
Good:
Accommodation - the room is quiet and tidy. Room service is excellent, in room dining is good too.
Staff - all the staffs are friendly and helpful.
Food - quality of in room dining and restaurant are good.
Bad:
Toilet is too old for 5 stars hotel, there was only bath and no shower. There was no cover for the bath which makes it’s difficult to shower.”

“A Room next to Kitchen.
This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision.
Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade.
When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see……

“Helpful staff, convenient location near Piazzale Roma
The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location near Piazzale Roma is convenient and easy to find. The AC works well, and it's quiet on days without events. On the downside, the garden can get busy with social activities. The room is small—fine for two petite travelers, but larger guests may find it cramped. The bathroom has wet/dry separation, though the shower pressure is weak.”

“I booked the Suite Gran Canal on Expedia for nearly $680 per night, specifically for the beautiful balcony and large windows.
When I first entered the room, I felt like something was missing, but since I was busy during my trip, I didn’t check the booking photos. Yesterday, when I reviewed my reservation, I realized that the room description on Expedia showed a stunning balcony that you could step out onto. However, the actual room I was given had no accessible balcony at all. I was extremely……
