Lovely clean, well equipped appartment in superb location. Steps away from Beach, shops, bars and restsurants. Couple of minutes stroll to the port. Nice and clean. Good WiFi. Good information provided. Couldn’t find a brush or dustpan and brush would have liked to sweep up and keep place clean.

Such a nice apartment - couldn't have asked for more.

What a perfect apartment. we were a family of 4 with a 3 year old and a toddler. perfect size for us, terrace wonderful, beach so close and flat and safe, all the restaurants walkable, pool perfect for us with lovely view as well. Didn't need a car, road noise didn't bother us, mosquitoes weren't worse than anywhere else in Spain, apartment perfectly kitted out.

What a perfect apartment. we were a family of 4 with a 3 year old and a toddler. perfect size for us, terrace wonderful, beach so close and flat and safe, all the restaurants walkable, pool perfect for us with lovely view as well. The view and the luxery of the apartment Everything was nearby Pets were not allowed but we saw 2 husky dogs in the garden and in the stairs to go above us. They were crying in the night the first week. That was not nice.

Old and dated but in a fantastic location

Great location, right near the beach and restaurants. However, it's a very old apartment, particularly in the kitchen. The drains were quite smelly throughout the apartment at times. If you are looking for a peaceful place, then this is not ideal as the soundproofing is terrible and you can hear the neighbours from all directions - bring earplugs! We had a great time here but don't think we'd stay in this apartment again.

Schöne Wohnung am Strand

Es ist alles da was man benötigt, sogar ein Geschirrspüler von dem bei booking nichts stand. Auch wenn es im Winter etwas kalt abends und morgens war - die Klimaanlage erwärmt die Räume schön wenn sie an sind, es dauert nur etwas. Auflagen für die Stühle draussen wären toll.

Tolle Lage mit Baulärm und Hellhörigkeit

Aufenthalt Ende März 2024, sehr gut und nah am schönen Strand gelegen. Saubere Wohnung, guter Check-in. Allerdings über fast die gesamte Zeit Bau -und Renovierungslärm um und im Haus, dieses sehr hellhörig. Parkplatzsituation grenzwertig, mussten am zentralen Parkplatz, ca500 m entfernt parken. In der Hauptsaison wird das Parken ein Glücksspiel, ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung wäre für beide Punkte hilfreich gewesen. Fliegengitter wären auch schön gewesen, da es bereits Mücken gab.

Direkte Strandlage, für Pärchenurlaub in Nebensaison perfekt

Top Lage, wir waren im November 22 man konnte noch im Meer baden gehen Punkt vom Balkon sieht man direkt auf den breiten Sandstrand und das Meer. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet Punkt wir hatten einmal ein Problem mit dem Wasser und die dazugehörige Agentur hat immer sehr schnell freundlich unkompliziert und in deutscher Sprache geholfen. Modern eingerichtet und optimal für Pärchen es gab auch einen dazugehörigen Pool gleich nebenan dafür war es zu kalt bei warmen Temperaturen perfekt. Restaurants Hafen alles fußläufig. Wir haben sehr nah am Haus immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden.

Cittadini - Alcudia

Meine Frau und Ich haben zwei schöne Wochen in der neu renovierten Wohnung verbracht. Alles war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war soweit OK bis auf die Handtücher, hier wäre es schön noch zwei -drei mehr zu haben. Ist ja auch kein großer finanzieller Aufwand. Ansonsten kann ich die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Die Lage ist natürlich genial, direkt am Playa , und an einem der schönsten der Insel.

Tolles Appartement - perfekte Lage

Das Appartement liegt direkt am Strand, näher geht es eigentlich gar nicht. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit Obst, Wasser und Keksen überrascht, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben! Das Appartement war sehr sauber, frisch und modern renoviert und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!

Perfekt renoviertes Apartment in Spitzenlage

Das genannte Apartment muss vor Kurzem renoviert worden sein und befindet sich in einem quasi ungebrauchten Zustand. Es ist alles da was man so braucht insb. die kleine Spülmaschine macht das Leben sehr viel leichter, als in den meisten anderen Wohnungen vor Ort. Auf dem Balkon hat man den ganzen Mittag/Nachmittag Sonne und einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung liegt in erster Reihe am Strand, hat ein nagelneues und Top-Sauberes Bad.

Wir haben eine Woche im September in der Wohnung Cittadini verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet, als wir ankamen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen im Urlaub und die Wohnung bietet genug Platz. Sie ist mit Klimageräten ausgestattet, die wir aber nicht gebraucht haben. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön: man kann auf den Strand und das Meer blicken, hat aber genug Abstand um sich privat zu fühlen. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Geschäfte und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ein ser empfehlenswertes Urlaubsziel! Vielen Dank auch an die Agentur. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
