Comfortable bedrooms with A/C, good mattresses, complete bathrooms with great showers, well equipped kitchen, nice pool, good BBQ. No Nespresso or Dolce Gusto machine available, just old fashioned filter coffee.

15 min leisurely walk into town and nearest supermarket. Pool was great and cleaned regularly. Air con was good in the bedrooms as well. The bedroom layout worked perfectly for us. Great holiday thanks

Grosszügige, frisch renovierte Villa. Drei neue Bäder und tolle Terrasse mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten, innen wie aussen. Nichts ist feucht oder riecht muffig. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit der Vermieteragentur professionell und problemlos. Zu Fuss in 20 Minuten am Strand, 10 Minuten zum Supermarkt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nur ein Schirm auf der Terrasse ist wenig. Die Waschtische unten sind sehr wackelig und in den Bädern wären Regalbretter und Haken für Handtücher noch schön. Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung, man muss nach jedem Essen die Spülmaschine anmachen oder Besteck und Gläser von Hand spülen.

Von den Bildern her dachten wir alle Bäder sind recht modern was nicht der Fall war. Leider sind diese auch unpraktisch aufgeteilt wie aber auch in der Beschreibung steht. (2 Zimmer oben 1 sehr kleines, älteres Bad) und 1 Zimmer + 2 große Bäder unten. Insgesamt zu wenig Ablageflächen (im Mini Bad gar keine) und im kleinen Zimmer auch sehr wenig. Die großen Zimmer sind recht gut. zu wenig Küchenhandtücher wenn man mit 7 Personen dort haust für 1 Woche. Aber die Küche und Pool sind sehr gut. sehr gute Kommunikation und der Poolzaun war super sowie der Babystuhl&Babybett, oben an der Treppe ein Babygitter aber unten leider nicht. Relativ hellhörig im Haus. Klimaanlage im kleinen Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Sofa/Esstischbereich modern/gemütlich. Liegestühle draußen und Poolhandtücher sehr gut. Wäscheständer leider total verrostet und unbrauchbar.

Stayed at Villa Bocoris with 3 friends for a week in March. The location is very quiet and private. The large Eroski is a 10 minute walk and the seafront probably another 10 from there. The main accommodation is large and open plan, very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the separate laundry room was very handy. The downstairs bedroom is large and has an en suite and there are two further bathrooms so plenty of facilities. The outside space is fantastic. Dining and seating area and bbq all in the shade next to a pool and loungers which were perfect after a long ride. Thanks again to the team at Owl for their help supporting us during our stay.

We enjoyed staying at the villa. The only minor niggles were the very small size of the upstairs double bedroom, the double bed in the downstairs bedroom which rolled towards the middle, and the lack of a washing machine. Everything else was fine.

A fantastic villa in a quiet area of Port de Pollenca, Good washing facilities along with a well stocked kitchen. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. It is close to one of the main supermarkets. Beautiful views from the windows. Fantastic swimming pool which is sheltered from any wind with pine trees. We should have came here years ago instead of going to busy hotels. Air conditioning units can be noisy through the night.

We really loved staying in Villa Bocoris and would highly reommend it. Only a short walk to the beach and village of Port Pollensa. Great shopping and dining. We enjoyed a real relaxing holiday in this lovely space, The villa has everything you need , starting with the nice welcome basket and the charming service of Pep and colleagues up to a late check out on day of departure. Thanks for all. better knifes
